To reset your forgotten password, go to the “My Account” tab and select the “Reset Password” option. This will send a link to your registered email, enabling you to create a new password.
To view your invoice, log in to your account and select “My Account” from the top bar. In your account manager, you can manage all details, including downloading invoice copies.
To track your orders, go to the “Track Order” page on our website. Enter your order number (from your confirmation email) and the email address used during checkout.
If an item goes out of stock, it will be on backorder with our warehouse team. Keep checking for availability and we’ll restock it as soon as possible.
We offer nationwide shipping within the UK, however, our service area is limited to the Southwest and Wales. Before purchasing a service or establishing a service plan, kindly use the postcode checker to confirm your location’s coverage.
