Delivery
We deliver using various courier services, depending on the specific parcel type and size.
Our standard delivery cost is £8 with deliveries usually within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch (normally delivered in 2 days) using UKMail.
We aim to dispatch items that are in stock within 24 hours (excluding Weekends), however dispatch times maybe longer during busy periods. You will receive an email notification when your order has been completed and ready for dispatch.
We offer FREE delivery for any orders over £60.00, delivered within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch (normally delivered in 2 days) using UKMail.
We do not deliver outside of UK Mainland.
Returns
We will give a full refund for any goods reported to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, unused state and in the original packaging.
Where goods returned are found to have been damaged by the neglect or carelessness of the buyer then no refunds will be given.
The buyer is responsible for any returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit, and therefore we strongly advise that goods are returned using recorded delivery.
We do not refund the delivery cost for returning any items to us.
How to return items
Items can be returned in person at any of our stores (click here for store locator) or sent to Hotsprings Southwest & Wales, Unit 19, 5C Business Park, Concorde Drive, Clevedon, BS21 6UH. All returns must be accompanied with the following information:
- Full name
- Address including postcode
- Contact number
- Email Address
- Order number
- Reason for return (faulty, damaged or unwanted)
- Details of any damage or fault
- Action required (refund or exchange)
To assist you with providing this information you can download and print a return form here. Please complete the form and enclose with your item so we can identify your parcel.
IMPORTANT – Please note we cannot process returns received without this information.
We recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery or tracked courier service. If the item is high value then we also recommend you opt for insurance cover. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
