    Thoroughly examine all electrical components to guarantee peak performance. Replace any defective parts covered by the warranty, subject to parts and time availability. Inform the client about any non-warranty worn or defective parts, and agree on the cost of repairs with the customer before proceeding, considering both parts and time constraints.
  • Treat Spa Cover
    Clean and treat with a protector to the spa cover.
  • Treat Filters
    Perform a thorough degreasing and high-pressure cleaning of the filters.
  • Treat Spa Cabinet
    Clean and treat with a protector to the spa cabinet.
  • Ozone Maintenance
    Remove any scale buildup and clean (if needed, for optional accessory).
  • Circulation Pump
    Remove any scale buildup and clean (if needed, for optional accessory).
  • Clean service compartment.
    Thoroughly clean and vacuum the service compartment for optimal maintenance.
  • Internal Pipe Work and Spa Bath
    Conduct a comprehensive system clean and flush of the internal pipe work, including a thorough vacuuming of the pipes to maximize the removal of water debris before refilling.
  • Gasket and O-Ring Maintenance
    Apply fresh grease to gaskets and o-rings located behind jets and diverters (if applicable) for enhanced performance and longevity.
  • Spa Shell Cleaning
    Thoroughly clean the spa shell to maintain its appearance and hygiene.

Terms and Conditions -
HotSpring Hot Tub Service Plan

  • Effective Date:
  • These Terms and Conditions set forth in the terms and conditions under which you agree to participate in Bristol Hotspring Ltd Direct Debit Hot Tub Service Plan provided by Bristol Hotspring Ltd
  • By enrolling in the Service Plan and providing your payment details, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
  • Service Plan Services:
  • a. The Service Plan covers the maintenance services for your Hotspring hot tub, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • b. The services provided under the Service Plan may include but are not limited to cleaning, water testing, chemical balance adjustments and equipment inspections and testing.
  • c. Your service will be booked near the anniversary of your first payment, provided that all payments have been made successfully.
  • Enrollment and Payments:
  • a. To enroll in the Service Plan, you must provide valid payment details and authorize us to initiate recurring direct debit payments.
  • b. By enrolling in the Service Plan, you authorize us to collect the agreed-upon monthly fee from your designated bank account.
  • c. The monthly fee will be debited on a recurring basis, typically on the same day each month.
  • d. You are responsible for ensuring that your bank account has sufficient funds to cover the monthly payment. In the event of insufficient funds, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service Plan.
  • Termination:
  • a. You may terminate the Service Plan at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
  • b. Termination of the Service Plan will be effective 30 days after the Company receives your written notice.
  • c. If you terminate the Service Plan, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees owed up to the effective date of termination including a £50 admin fee, no refund would be due.
  • Modifications and Cancellations:
  • a. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Service Plan, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of a modification or cancellation, you will be provided with reasonable notice.
  • b. If the Service Plan is cancelled, you will no longer be charged the monthly fee after the effective date of cancellation.
  • c. we reserve the right to amend the monthly charges by giving 30 days written notice.
  • Limitation of Liability:
  • a. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service Plan, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling in the Service Plan. A breakdown of each service can be available at your request and is subject to change based on the manufacture’s guidelines, by enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
